Allergy and Asthma Center of Las Vegas Patient Information
It is our honor to provide you with accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of allergies, asthma, and immune deficiencies. At the Allergy and Asthma Center of Las Vegas, we are a patient-centric practice, aiming to make your experience with us comfortable, efficient, and successful. If you are a new patient, we encourage you to fill out the New Patient forms before your appointment to save time in our office. We also ask that you bring the following with you to your appointment.
- Insurance card and I.D
- Referral from your insurance company or physician
- Recent medical test results (bloodwork, radiology, etc)
- List of current medications
- Payment or Co-Payments (cash, check, credit cards)
Allergy and Biologic Shots in Las Vegas
At the Allergy and Asthma Center of Las Vegas, we offer allergy shots daily. We aim to make your injections available when you need them. Morning injections are available until 11:30 am. We are closed daily from 12:00 pm -1 pm for lunch. The last afternoon shots are available until 30 minutes before closing.

The Allergy and Asthma Center of Las Vegas is currently accepting new patients. We accept most insurance plans and gladly file claims on your behalf.
