Dr. Jason Bellak
Las Vegas native Jason Bellak, MD, FAAAAI, FACAAI, FACP is dual Board-Certified in pediatric and adult allergy and immunology as well as internal medicine. As a Las Vegas allergy and asthma physician, Dr. Bellak is uniquely qualified to understand how allergies, eczema, and asthma can reduce quality of life, as he has been diagnosed with the conditions himself.
To that end, Dr. Bellak is passionate about teaching and empowering his patients to live without health limitations. Dr. Bellak had the privilege of assuming ownership of the Allergy and Asthma Center in 2023. The Allergy and Asthma Center was founded by Dr. Joel Katz who cared for patients in the Southern Nevada region for more than 20 years.
Dr. Bellak graduated with honors from UCLA before returning to Reno, NV for medical school at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Bellak completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic. At the University of Wisconsin, he completed allergy, asthma, and immunology training.
Dr. Bellak has participated in multiple laboratory and clinical research studies and has been invited to present his research at national meetings. Dr. Bellak is a fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP), the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI), and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI).
Dr. Bellak is deeply invested in raising the bar of excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of Las Vegas allergies and asthma. He proudly serves as the Nevada state representative for the ACAAI House of Delegates. Delegates play a pivotal role in shaping how the ACAAI supports patients with allergies, asthma, and immune system disorders and the allergists who care for those patients.
Dr. Bellak and his wife, Jennifer, have three children. Despite their own diagnoses of asthma and allergies, Dr. and Mrs. Bellak’s successful treatments allow them to enjoy an active lifestyle. Together, they have completed the Chicago Marathon and multiple half-marathons. They are also avid snowboarders and skiers, who enjoy hiking, biking, and exploring the great outdoors in Nevada and beyond.

Aaron Quiamzon, FNP-BC
Aaron Quiamzon is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who was born in the Philippines and has called Las Vegas home for over 20 years. Coming from a family of medical providers and professionals, Aaron is passionate about helping his allergy and asthma patients live happier, healthier lives.
He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as a University Honors Scholar with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He led as President of the school’s nursing association and served on the state board before going on to work in pediatric and adult emergency departments during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
Aaron returned to UNLV to receive his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner where he was named Outstanding Graduate and received awards in leadership and academic excellence. He is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed by the Nevada State Board of Nursing. He is fluent in English and conversational in Tagalog.
Outside of the clinic, Aaron is a proud dog dad of two. He enjoys traveling, concerts, and matcha green tea. He avidly watches Jeopardy, Big Brother, & Survivor.
Lexi Keaton, PA-C
Lexi Keaton is a board certified physician assistant. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Lexi moved to Las Vegas at age 8 and has been a Nevada resident ever since. Coming from a family with both food and environmental allergies, she knows the impact these conditions can have on a patient’s life and enjoys helping relieve that burden for her patients.
Lexi received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada, where she served as the student director of admissions for her student government. She was awarded the Student Leadership award for her dedication to uplifting the next generation of physician assistants. Prior to attending PA school, she received her Bachelor’s in Biology from University of Nevada, Reno and worked as a medical assistant for UNLV health.
In her free time, Lexi enjoys archery, roller skating, and spending time with her family- including a brand new nephew. She is the proud lizard mom of a leopard gecko, Flea.

The Allergy and Asthma Center of Las Vegas is currently accepting new patients. We accept most insurance plans and gladly file claims on your behalf.
